Meet the provider

Thomas Onchoke - APRN, PMHNP-BC

Thomas received his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner credentialed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and licensed in the state of Texas. He has over ten years of patient care experience and can evaluate, diagnose and treat various psychiatric mental conditions across life span.
