Dr. Thomas Onchoke – DNP, PMHNP-BC

Dr. Thomas Onchoke received his Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from Frontier Nursing University in Kentucky. He received his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, credentialed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and licensed in the state of Texas. He has over ten years of patients’ mental health care experience and provides psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing, counseling and medical management of various psychiatric mental health conditions across life span. His focus in patient care is to empower and stabilize mental health patients through Tele-Psych or in-person visits.

Our Comprehensive Services

Psychiatric Evaluation

Our first meeting will be a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation (around 60 minutes). A psychiatric evaluation is important to diagnose problems that will be the target for treatment.

Medication Management

The complexities of medication management can leave you confused and frustrated. Our professional dependable providers safely and effectively prescribe FDA approved and regulated medications.

Follow-up Visits

Should we determine that medication is right for you or that you would benefit from changes, we will schedule follow-up visits (around 30minutes) to ensure we achieve the desired effects and progress.

Therapy Referrals

As part of our comprehensive approach, we offer lab referrals to monitor and adjust drug levels, ensuring your treatment remains effective and aligned with therapeutic standards.
